橡胶瓣止回阀主要由阀体、阀盖及橡胶瓣三种主要零件组成。其中橡胶瓣由钢板、钢棒及强化尼龙布作衬底，外层披覆橡胶制成，阀瓣开关寿命可达100万次，该阀采用全流面积式设计，具有水头损失小，不易堆积杂物，维修简便等特性。

The normal body material is Ductile Iron
The external and internal of the body are all with expoy coated, other coatings are available upon request.
The one-piece disc hinge and flapper can be repaired without removal of the valve from the line.
The elastic check can be installed in a vertical or horizontal pipeline.
Flange drilling according to ANSI B16.1.BS4504 PN16; Pressure ration is Class 125 or Class 250.
