双联过滤器

双联过滤器是也称双联切换过滤器，它是由两台不锈钢过滤器并联而成，具有结构新颖合理、密封性好、流通能力强、操作简便等诸多优点，应用范围广泛、适应性强的多用途过滤设备。尤其是滤袋侧漏机率小，能准确地保证过滤精度，并能快捷地更换滤袋，过滤基本无物料消耗，使得操作成本降低。

Brief description

In the standard version the filter consists of two welded steel vessels with covers that are fastened via screws and nuts. Alternatively the filter can be equipped with a strainer, ringer strainer insert or cartridges, or bag filters.

Installation

The filter is installed in pipelines via flanges. Ensure that the standard version filter is installed vertically without additional mechanical stress, tension-free.The medium must flow in the direction specified on the vessel. Incorrect installation can cause malfunctions and damage to the filter.

Commissioning/operating instructions

1. Open the vent until liquid escapes.

2. Close vent.

3. Filter is ready for operation.

4. The lever points toward the filter pot that is in operation.
