篮式过滤器

篮式过滤器主要由接管、主管、滤蓝、法兰、法兰盖及紧固件等组成。当液体通过主管进入滤蓝后，固体杂质颗粒被阻挡在滤蓝内，而洁净的流体通过滤篮、由过滤器出口排出。当需要清洗时，旋开主管底部螺塞，排净流体，拆卸法兰盖，清洗后重新装入即可。因此，使用维护极为方便。

SFH Series basket filter (SFH filter for short) is the necessary equipment on the pipeline, as the safe-guard filter, removes large contaminant particles and protect key equipments such as pumps, nozzles, heat exchangers and valves. It can obviously extend the service life of key equipments, improve operational efficiency and avoid the risk of costly system downtime. SFH filter also works well as the direct large particle filter. The metal filter basket is reusable by cleaning and cost less filter media consumption. The DuraSEP and PerSEP filter baskets especially designed for SFH filter are durable and highly reliable.  SFH Filter can be installed onto pipelines from 1 to 48 inches. The standard design pressure is 0.6MPa and 1.0MPa. Higher custom-made design pressure is available.

SFH filter has 5 sub-series: SFSH series has single-basket configuration, quick-open design, suitable for most of all application at low flowrate, flexible inlet and outlet layout are available; SFSH series also has single-basket configuration, flanged seal, bolts and nuts fastening, suitable for high pressure applications. SFMH series has multi-basket configuration, quick-open design, suitable for high flowrate application, and with advantages of compact construction, large filter area, flexible nozzle layout and convenient changeout and cleaning of the basket. SFVH series also has multi-basket configuration, flanged seal, bolts and nuts fastening, suitable for high pressure applications.SFZH series has single-basket configuration, the inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal centerline, which requires no elbow pipe Socket.
