低温调节阀由气动薄膜执行机构和耐低温的单双座阀组成。它采用了伸长型上阀盖，所以尽管阀体内温度很低，但其上端的填料仍处于常温下工作，该产品适用于调节-60~-250℃低温状态下的介质(如液氧、液氮等)。为确保调节精度，必须配用阀门定位器。
